About the OPG Government fee: The mandatory Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) registration fee is £92 per LPA — it is not a Next Kin LPAs fee. It is required to legally register your LPA. The All-Inclusive package covers both LPAs and therefore includes 2 × £92 = £184 in OPG fees. Also included: a £4.95 donation to GOSH.
